I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from all the major attractions. The service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff who spoke fluent English. The room was beautifully designed and very comfortable. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a mini-bar and a safe.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

friendliness of the staff, especially Fernando at the reception and especially Ze Luis at the restaurant. Luis was flexible and efficient, doing his best to attend to our needs and give the best service (when we were in a hurry one day to eat to get to the rosary, another day we wanted changes in some dishes because he had to make a special diet... pleasure that Ze Luis attended us in the restaurant. location next to the exceptional Sanctuary and WIFI worked very well. heating was also very good.
cleaning left something to be desired. Not at the height of a four-star. half-finished toilet paper roll and a nearly finished one was all in the bathroom. Regular towel quality. Toilet gel and hand items in short supply. Breakfast could be improved in variety and quality (at 930am there was no more jam, scrambled eggs were gone and it took a while to replace them, new ones arrived we had already finished disarraying). On the night of May 13th (peak day of the year at the Sanctuary) we paid 439 euros which is an absurdity for what the hotel offers, I understand that at normal season prices the quality/price would be adequate.

If you visit santuario de fatima, just 10 minutes walk, regina is a good option to stop over. The breakfast was GENEROUS, we would love to go back. It is next to the airport.

Staff were excellent and they gave me enough of information.
I was surprised as there was water in the soap dispenser instead of soap. Please let the hotel make sure that they have it for the next guest.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
if you didn't arrive early for breakfast, you would get all the left overs which was nothing. Breakfast was never topped up. The ad says that the rooms are air con but it does not tell you that the air con. is controlled at the front and if you want it turned on, you need to request it at the front desk and they will turn it off when they want.

The hotel's location is very convenient as it is within walking distance from the main attraction. the rooms were clean and spacious enough for our family. Another thing that we enjoyed was the restaurant's menu variety, especially the extensive wine selection.
The breakfast served was not satisfying as there were limited options.

We had a pleasant stay at a hotel very near the shrine, just in front of the Church of the Most Holy Trinity. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. Additionally, the hotel is directly across the road from the sanctuary, making it very convenient for us to visit.

Great Location and Friendly Staff
The hotel's location is perfect as it is walking distance to popular landmarks. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and happy to help. The hotel also offers free parking which is very convenient for those who rented a car.
The breakfast menu has limited choices and the quality of food could be better. The walls are thin which made it quite noisy during the night, causing some difficulty sleeping.
